Abstract:   (933 Views)
Deconstruction is one of the critical trends of postmodernism and its leader, Jacques Derrida, a French-born Algerian, and It is not a method and theory about literature, but it is a strategy in reading and went to the infinity of readings in light of the absence of the centrality of the text and the intention of the author to replace it with a new intention, which is the reader. This new strategy by Derrida is like the Copernican revolution in the sixteenth century in the stars. I thought that for her, language is elusive, mysterious, something unstable and unreliable, created by the reader through reading. The most important terms in this strategy are writing, differance and deferral, proliferation and dispersion, and trace. This research aims to analyze one of Zakaria Tamer's short stories, the Syrian writer, called "Oh, the Forgotten Cherry" from the " Damascus is burnt " collection, and to enrich our reading of literary texts, and help us to see the important and deep ideas, and to identify the strategy of deconstruction in the text, and to explain and describe the most important terms of Jacques Derrida and apply them to An Arabic text from the deconstructive perspective and presenting a model for analyzing texts with this new strategy. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The necessity of the research is to open a new chapter in front of the wide world of meanings present in the text, but because it is confined to the framework of sentence structure, it has not been presented. And The most important results reached by the article is the difference between the functions and the delay in question due to their dispersion in the text and scattering in all corners of the text and taking advantage of outside the text. And the opposite binary is more frequent in the story of innocence and degradation. And the ideology that this short story wants to present within the deconstruction strategy in terms of our reading is rejection and getting out of captivity.
