Studies in Arabic Narratology (SAN) is an open access semi-annual peer-reviewed journal covering studies in Arabic Narratology. The journal publishes interdisciplinary and comparative papers on Arabic Narratology. Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in Arabic. The journal is currently indexed in CROSSREF ROAD,Google Scholar & ISC. The journal also  follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All submitted manuscripts are initially checked for originality by iThenticate and then evaluated by international reviewers. 
​The Journal, approved by The Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (license of publication No. 85726) is affiliated with the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the  Kharazmi University, Iran. Since 2019, the journal has been publishing innovative and original papers that contribute to a better critical understanding of Arabic literature in genral and fiction in particular. Interdisciplinary and comparative studies are specially welcomed.
