شاخص سازی مرتبه‌های چندمرکز از نمایۀ قدرت در رمان شرق الدّائری اثر خالد أحمد بر مبنای الگوواره‌ی جامعه‌شناسی زبان ژان بلومارت

المستخلص
جامعه‌شناسی زبان در هم­سویی با تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی، جامعۀ زبانی را محصول عوامل اجتماعی ازجمله مسأله قدرت می‌داند. ژان بلومارت در بحث از جامعه­شناسی زبان به حوزۀ قدرت و شاخص­سازی واحدهای چندمرکز از مفهوم حاضر از نابرابری اجتماعی، ایدئولوژی نمادین و اصل هویت توجه دارد. منظور وی مشخصاً این است که نقشۀ توزیع قدرت در جامعه، تعیین‌کنندۀ میزان سطحی از پدیدۀ نابرابری است. از این نظر بلومارت پیشنهاد می‌کند که مقولۀ نابرابری را نه به‌عنوان یک ویژگی یا مقوله‌ای پایدار از افراد یا گروه‌ها، بلکه به‌عنوان شکل خاصی از ظرفیت ارزش‌های شناختی که در یک مجموعه سازمان یافته است، درنظر بگیریم. بر این اساس شناخت استعدادهای هویتی و پیوندهای رفتاری به‌صورت­ نمادین، بحث دوسویۀ قدرت و نابرابری را در درجات مختلفی تقویت می‌کند. بلومارت در شاخص­سازی هر یک از این مرتبه‌ها از اسلوب‌های خاصی همچون ریشه‌یابی استعاره‌ها و اصطلاحات خاص زبانی و وصفی­سازی ویژگی‌های ظاهری در چارچوب تعاملات ارتباطی بهره می‌گیرد. رمان شرق الدائری به قلم خالد أحمد به‌نوعی سند جامعه زبان‌شناختی مصر معاصر عمل می‌کند. ازآنجایی‌که صداهای درون رمان ابزار بازتولید سلطه و قدرت هستند، هر گروه از شخصیت­ها از گفتمان خاصی استفاده می‌کند تا قدرت خود را توجیه نماید. از این نظر گفتمان‌های محلی در ارتباط با سطوح کلان‌تر اجتماعی و سیاسی (تغییرات اجتماعی) فهمیده می‌شود. بلومارت با مفهوم شاخص­مندی مرتبه‌های چندمرکز از پندارۀ قدرت دقیقاً چنین پیوندی را بازتاب می‌دهد. در جستار حاضر کوشیده­ شده است تا به واقعیت چندبعدی روال گفتمانی شخصیت‌های رمان از دریچۀ قدرت و واحدهای چندمرکز آن تمرکز شود. نتایج بحث دال بر آن است که هر گروه با گفتمان خاص خود مشروعیت پیدا می‌کند. زبان در گفتمان حاضر ابزار بازتولید نابرابری است. تکثر صداها همواره در رقابت و تضاد بوده و این تکثر هرکدام حامل ایدئولوژی و هویت متفاوتی است.

This study employs Jan Blommaert’s sociolinguistic framework—which integrates Critical Discourse Analysis to examine language as a product of social power—to analyze Khalid Ahmad’s novel Sharq al-Da’iri as a document of contemporary Egyptian society. Blommaert conceptualizes inequality not as a fixed attribute but as a dynamic, cognitively organized “value capacity” distributed across multicentric orders of power. These orders, indexed through symbolic ideologies and identity potentials, are traceable in linguistic practices. The novel’s polyphonic structure, wherein distinct character groups deploy specific discourses to legitimize authority, provides a critical site for this analysis. By applying Blommaert’s methodological tools—including the tracing of metaphors, specialized registers, and features of communicative interaction—this research investigates the multidimensional discursive practices within the text. The analysis reveals that each social group within the novel seeks legitimacy through a particular discourse, thereby positioning language as a primary instrument for reproducing social inequality. The competing and conflicting voices embody distinct ideologies and identities, illustrating Blommaert’s central thesis: the map of power distribution in society is fundamentally articulated through, and contested within, the realm of discursive practice.
